Bob He's our Sales Manager. Bob has been in the wood industry for more than 15 years. His entire focus at SR Wood is making sure that each customer gets what they need. He's always busy developing new ideas and products.

Dale Our Shipping goddess and Customer Service Manger. All that enters and leaves our plant is under her control. She has been with us since 1981 when she started as a secretary. Dale wants her customer services reps to think she rules with an "iron fist" although those of us who've worked with her know better. She will do anything to help out! The true definition of a team captain.

Gordon The WoodPicker! Gordon's primary job is selecting the wood we use to make your orders the best they can be. He's a tough cookie when it comes to buying our flitch stock, as a matter of fact he sends away around 75% of the wood offered to us.

Nadine She is our industrial distributor customer service representative. She loves to help and always has the customers best interest in mind. Her attention to detail makes her the perfect link to your stock orders and custom quote requests. She has some super deals for your inventory, just call and ask.

Nick Our manufacturer / OEM customer service star. The solution isn't far away with Nick. His goal is 100% excellence and you will have his undivided attention whether it's 10 sheets or 10,000. Custom size, exotic species bring it on. He lives to quote!

Charles Director of Marketing. If you have technical questions on any of our products feel free to contact Charles. He does most of the remote dealer training sessions (if it's warm and sunny there) and teaches our Designing with wood CEU. He is also known to play far too many practical jokes on others he works with.

Brian He's our President, who joined our team in November of 2004. His background was in the banking industry so he's been checking into saving our customers time and money while providing you with the best wood investment you could make.
